After reviewing the Samkhya creation process, our time will be devoted to deep contemplation of how each of the five elements manifests within us. Guided experiential practices will be the focus of our exploration.

In this three-week series we invite all curious hearts on an embodied dive into the wisdom river of Yoga's sister science: Ayurveda, the science of healthy living. Come discover the philosophy that underlies both Yoga and Ayurveda, and explore the foundational principles of Ayurveda with the whole of your being. We will journey into the five elements, the twenty-four tattvas of Samkhya, the three original gunas and Ayurveda's classic twenty gunas. We will discover the connection between macrocosm and microcosm, and gain a working knowledge of how to seek balance the Ayurvedic way.
